Note: Vulani has no per user licensing charges.

A Service Agreement must be accepted when maintenance options are selected so the client is clear about the distinction between Functional Maintenance and remote support.

¹ Upgrade Protection	² Functional Guarantee
Vulani Upgrade Protection is a monthly fee which ensures the most recent Vulani updates are applied, keeping your system secure and providing access to new features and improved functionality with each upgrade. This option is highly recommended and as such we have kept the amount extremely affordable. Support will be will be smoother and more trouble free for servers with upgrade protection, and we believe it just makes better business sense to keep your Vulani server up-to-date and as supportable as possible.	This clause exists to cater for Vulani users who opt not to pay for upgrade protection which would ensure they receive the most recent Vulani updates are applied. We will provide an upgrade of Vulani in the event clients encounter a bug in Vulani which affects the proper functioning of their Vulani server. This guarantee excludes any bug which is caused by a change in 3rd party software with which Vulani interoperates. Included Email Support Two once-off email support incidents will be provided per Vulani license. Support will be provided via support@vulani.net and customers must quote their license number when reporting.
